Hi, I’m Krystal.

With a background in applied psychology and human computer interaction, I bring a curious mindset and a respect for human behavior to every project. I’m passionate about crafting user centered experiences that are not only intuitive but also grounded in thoughtful analysis and measurable impact.

My design process is driven by strategy, research, and collaboration. In previous projects, I’ve improved conversion rates by 16% and increased task success through user journey optimizations and high impact redesigns. I tailor each solution to the unique goals of stakeholders and users by translating complex needs into effective outcomes, with accessibility built into every product’s foundation.

When I’m not designing, you can find me playing bass in local bands, cycling around Chicago, or honing my skills as an amateur photographer.
